Ticketing
How will I get my tickets?
Your tickets will be emailed to you after you have checked out and made payment. Please keep these safe ready to show upon entry at the event.
Do I need to print my ticket?
All of our tickets are digital so they can be shown to our ticketing team via your phone or tablet. You are welcome to print them out but we’d prefer if you could save the paper.
What is the diffeence between ‘Premium and General Admission’ seating?
Our Premium seats are located at the front of the venue and come with a comfy deck chair and a snack. For our General Admission area, guests are invited to bring picnic blankets or camping chairs with them as seating will not be provided.
Are tickets refundable?
Our tickets are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to make your originally selected date, we will happily move your ticket to another show within 12 months of the purchase date. If any shows are canceled due to dangerous weather, we will offer the option to move your tickets to another date or offer a refund.
